Data Back-up: Prior to contacting or allowing Javabuzz pc solutions to perform any kind of diagnostic repair on your computer, it is your responsibility to back-up the data, software, information or any other files stored on your computer disks and/or drives prior to the arrival of the technician. You acknowledge and agree that Javabuzz pc solutions or anyone representing Javabuzz pc solutions shall not be held responsible under any circumstances for the loss or corruption of any data, software or files.
Adult Supervision: While performing on site services, Javabuzz pc solutions require that a person of at least 18 years of age be present for the entire duration of the service visit. If a Javabuzz pc solutions tech arrives at the scheduled service time and an adult is not present a fee equaling 50% of the total service fee will be charged.
Access: The Javabuzz pc solutions technician must have full access to the computer and/or peripherals being serviced. This includes all necessary passwords or key codes or access to any other software (such as operating system discs and key codes) that might be needed to perform the task at hand. Access to your residence or office, and your consent, permission and cooperation to enter your residence or office are also required. We also require a safe working environment equipped with electricity to do our job well. If a Javabuzz pc solutions tech is not able to finish the service call due to one of these conditions not being met a fee equaling 50% of the total service fee will be charged.
